Marco joined the School in November 2022 as Assistant to the Early Childhood Division and Transportation Coordinator. Before joining Rodeph Sholom, Marco worked as an instructor and program coordinator at The Free Studio, an educational organization supporting incarcerated and recently released juveniles. Prior to this, Marco spent several years at the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute for Science, where he served in a number of roles, starting as an executive assistant, moving up to a regional program coordinator, and finally as the annual giving coordinator.
