Laine is an administrative professional with a lifelong love of learning and education, fostered by her own independent school experience growing up. Though she has lived in Brooklyn for the last six years, she is true to her Northern California roots and enjoys any opportunity to get out in nature – be it walking in Prospect Park, hiking in the Hudson Valley, or performing at the New York Renaissance Faire during the summer. Other passions include theatrical stage combat, freehand embroidery, and weekly game nights with friends.
