Hava joined Rodeph Sholom School in 1981 and is a beloved member of the faculty. She spent seven years teaching Hebrew to Dovray Ivrit (native Hebrew speakers) in the elementary and middle school divisions. Her curriculum follows the Hebrew curriculum designed by the Israeli Department of Education, ensuring authentic and comprehensive language instruction.
