Caylin joined Rodeph Sholom School in 2020 as an Early Childhood Division Associate Teacher and transitioned to Head Teacher in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in journalism from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration from New York University. Her unique background in theater and arts administration brings creativity and organizational expertise to her teaching practice and leadership role. Beyond the classroom, Caylin serves as Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Theatre Advocacy Project and is an active member of Rodeph Sholom School’s TDB (Tzedek, Diversity, Belonging) committee, demonstrating her commitment to both the arts and social justice initiatives.
