Amy holds a master’s in Childhood General and Special Education from New York University with an extension in Gifted and Talented Education and is currently obtaining her master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Language and Literacy from Hunter College. She has 13 years of experience as an upper elementary classroom teacher across independent, public, and Jewish day school settings. She spends her summers as a division head at Camp Blue Ridge in Pennsylvania, so she tries to infuse a bit of “camp magic” into her teaching. She can always be found with a book and loves giving and taking recommendations.
