Alexa Rosenberg

Alexa joined Rodeph Sholom School in 2018, bringing her educational foundation that includes a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Western Ontario and an education degree from the University of Toronto. Coming to the school from Canada, she taught Pre-Kindergarten for three years at a Jewish Day School in Toronto, and her diverse background also includes experience as a religious school teacher, camp counselor, and canoe/kayak instructor. What draws Alexa most to Rodeph Sholom School is its exceptional community, which creates a warm, homey, comfortable, and safe environment that sets the institution apart. Her international perspective and varied educational experience contribute to her thoughtful approach to teaching and relationship-building within the school community. As a Canadian and a twin, Alexa brings unique dimensions to her perspective, though she admits to saying ‘sorry’ far too often.
